FOSS @ skaf Labs, success!!! End results are here.

Conversion of all the licensed software @ skaf Labs to freeware has been successfully completed. So far so good. And here are the software which currently I'm using and recommended for anyone on the search.

Right now I'm on the look out on alternatives for my last two remaining software. One is Windows 7 and the other is Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. : D : D : D I'm not planning to give up Windows and go open source yet, but I'm going after free alternative (maybe few together to get complete protection) for Kaspersky. Any suggestions, all are more than welcome.

Yo Skaf,

For win 7, why not give Ubuntu a go? I've used it a bit and it's pretty good. There are heaps of open-source applications for Ubuntu as well.

As for anti-virus, I hear good things about Avast and AVG. I personally use McAfee. Or just switch to Mac OSX and never worry about viruses :D
